Contract – Part time
Located – Harrogate Town AFC Official Store, Commercial Street, Harrogate
We are looking for Customer Representatives to join our growing team.
Job Role:-
We are expanding our team and need energetic Customer Representatives to join our retail, online and ticket operations, as well as enhancing the match day experience for our loyal supporters.
The role is varied and duties may include:-
On a match day, working at the EnviroVent stadium, greeting supporters on match days from the turnstiles, selling programmes and merchandise from our pop up shop and welcoming everyone you meet.
The rest of the time, you could be advising customers in the club store, selling match tickets, stock taking, processing online orders or attending events.
About you:-
We're looking for individuals who...
- Have exceptional customer service skills.
- A good work ethic with flexibility to working hours including school holidays and match days which are usually Saturdays, evenings and the odd bank holiday.
- Are personable.
- Computer/Technical minded.
- A team player with initiative.
- A knowledge or passion for football is desirable but not essential.
